How can I not be in love with something called a decrapifier? Although I kinda need the “life” version, I was super excited to get the PC version. PC World did a piece called “Junkbusters”. It’s about all that crap that comes installed on your computer that most people don’t need or want. I am super sensitive to advertising and I hate that the makers use computers as an advertising tool for their crappy products. The article mentions a few ways to get rid of this stuff and the PC Decrapifier is one way.
I got the download and was super happy about how well it worked. The first argument I ever had with a computer was about it NOT letting me get rid of AOL. It was a horrible fight, people died. Not really, but I was pissed. So just the fact that there is a way to have less of aol in the world is reason enough for all to use. Jason York is the creator of this beautiful thing…thank you Jason.
